[PROPOSAL] Lasombra Coordinator Territory Claim [Autopass]

Per Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii.5:
"Passing new Coordinator Territory before council is considered something that affects multiple chronicles. All Coordinator Territory must be designated either "Approval"Territory or "Notify" Territory in the Proposal. After passing Coordinator Territory of any kind that territory should be added to the Territory List which shall be posted to the OWBN website."
I hereby propose to add the following Territories under the Lasombra Coordinator Office:
Location: Antioch (Modern Day: Antakya), Turkey
Geographic Specifics of Responsibility: City and 10 mile radius surrounding location
Notes: Territory of Lasombra Methuselah, Zarathustra

Reasoning: The city of Antioch (modern day: Antakya), Turkey, has long been controlled by the Lasombra Methuselah Zarathustra. Only Zarathustra and his childer (and their childer, etc.) may ever make residence in the city and those that seek to visit the city must meet the approval of Zarathustra if they intend to stay more than a night... lest they find themselves ash by the hands of Zarathustra’s agents.

Reasoning: In 1999, a group of powerful rogue Abyss Mystics set out to raise the Antediluvian from out of the Abyss. The cathedral and castle they performed their experiments and rituals in was the Castle of Saint Rafael the Archangel.
