CBC position changes

In addition to below, all territories claimed by the CBC office prior to the first election of Tribal Coordinators that are specific to a single Tribe shall, upon the election of the Tribal Coordinator, be passed into the control of said Tribal Coordinator. The Changing Breed Coordinator will maintain control over claimed territories related to the Triat. Multi-tribal territories will fall under joint control of the CBC and all relevant Tribal Coordinators. Any territory controlled by the CBC that does not attach to any tribe or Fera type, even if it is not specifically related to the Triat, will remain under CBC control.

To prevent the need for special elections or appointments for short terms and to keep the Head Coordinator from throwing things at me, all changes below take effect with the next regular Coordinator Election.

1. The Changing Breeds Coordinator shall be accountable for all of the Changing Breeds as outlined by White Wolf.

iii. Changing Breeds Coordinator - The Changing Breeds Coordinator shall be accountable for the Triat and territories related to Changing Breeds Genre that are not tribal or Fera Type Specific. The Changing Breed Coordinator shall oversee all Tribal Genre and Fera Coordinators for any plot or issue that involves more than one tribe or character category. This includes all Changing Breeds R&U except for: Notable Heritage of a specific tribe, Tribal Camps, Stargazer character approval, and Fera. The Changing Breed Coordinator will also share control of any NPCs that hold National Level positions that are not tied to any one tribe (ie. The High King and his court). The Changing Breed Coordinator will also retain control of the Red Talon and Stargazer Tribes but will, within two weeks of election, call for and submit applications for sub-Coords for those two tribes. Elections will be held via an online polling system, viewable by all participants. Any game that is in good standing in OWBN and believes they have an interest in the election may vote, with one vote per game.
