Autopass: Gaijin/Gweilo merit and Court Appointment merit (REVISED)

Characters with the Gaijin/Gweilo Merit and/or the Court Appointment Merit will be Coordinator Approval. This has no effect on the Gaijin/Gweilo Flaw.

Storytellers will be given a three month "grace period" to notify the Kuei-Jin Coordinator of PCs or NPCs with these Merits or remove these Merits from characters in their games, after which there will be no grandfathering.

This would consist of the following changes to the R&U Bylaws of One World by Night document:

ADD "Characters with the Gaijin/Gweilo Merit and/or the Court Appointment Merit: Any character with the Gaijin/Gweilo Merit and/or the Court Appointment Merits as detailed on page 121-122 of Laws of the East." to R&U Bylaws 4.

Reason: These Merits allow access to Kueijin society on a level that should be supervised, and regulated on an org wide level by the coordinator.
