Camarilla Status Packet

Preamble: This proposal is being put forth in adherence to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii. by the Camarilla Coordinator with NPC changes, clarification, and suggests making changes to the Camarilla Genre. All Relevant bylaw text is copied below.

Bylaw: Coordinator Bylaw 3.c.ii states Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U Named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion and if no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable.
Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you very much to Team Camarilla, and everyone I consulted, including Council Members, ST's, former Coordinators, and every player I ever talked about it to. This is the first of several packets coming out of this office to address issues for Camarilla Genre.

Note: If approved, this will amend Character bylaw 10a.
