Amendment to Coordinator bylaw 3.c.ii.3

3. Genre Coordinators may collect information on clan/sect/species activities (or in the case of the Justicar Coordinators, on matters which have been brought IC to the Justicar's attention)
from the sts or other Coordinators, who shall not misrepresent such information.
a. Failure to provide necessary information to a Coordinator or intentional misrepresentation of information shall be brought before Council and considered appropriate grounds for punitive measures.
b. Genre Coordinators, Sect Coordinators and the Archivist may only share specific information collected on clan/sect/species activities with other appropriate coordinators sub cord teams and the archivist. Revealing specifics of information collected shall be brought before Council and considered appropriate grounds for punitive measures.
c. Genre Coordinators, Sect Coordinators and the Archivist may share the generic information with council, and storytellers. IE: "There are twelve of X character type,"

The reason I am putting this up is, the information collected from these census is private information and the only people that should have detailed knowledge (something that could get a PC killed) of what is on a character sheet is: The player, the players storytelling staff, the Coordinator and the Archivist.
