iii) Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, or binding edict they
wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be
seconded, but go immediately into discussion.
(1) If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered
passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a
chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures.
I, Daniel B. Karpouzian, the Tremere Coord would like to propose this Tremere House Genre packet to be an addition to the binding genre documents of the Tremere Coord office. Note: This is not the genre packet, only a supplement to the genre packet defining the most common houses in Clan Tremere, and the drawbacks and benefits associated with each house.

The Mercury Argument is that if any character in the org has it all props associated with the argument should pass because obviously ''It's out there and Prop X simply seeks to regulate it.'' Note, no regulation of any kind is necessary to pass a prop under the ''Mercury Argument''. |
