Genre Proposal: Revised Shadow Lord Tribal Genre Packet

I ended up sending up the not quite final version of the packet. (Thanks to Travis for catching that). attached is the final proper version, please disreagard the first and use this one
actual changes on the final edit are minimal and are as follows:

Christian's rite in the Old History was changed from Satire, to Winter Wolf

Under Positions, description of the Margrave went from Beta, to Second in power only to the High King.

Under Rite of Shame, the word "sprites" was changed to "spirits."

If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures.

Proposal: Attached is the updated version of the Shadow Lord Tribal Genre Packet. I propose that this replace the current one.

The changes to the packet include an update on the tribe's history in OWBN, new and updated listings in the Shadow Lords of note, minor revisions to the Grand Masters, additional NPC septs, and general changes to bring the packet into line with the current White Wolf guidelines.
