Genre Proposal: Update to Setite Sorcery Packet per path rarities

Coordinator Bylaw 3.c.ii states that Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U Named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion and that if no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable.
I hereby propose the below table replace the "Rarity Levels For All Setites and bloodline variants" table in the current Setite Sorcery Packet (version 3.0), page six, as the current table is missing the rarities for four Paths available to one bloodline of Setites. In addition this update is necessary as preparation for the upcoming Ravnos Genre Packet, as Ravnos rakta-sadhus reference the rarities of Sadhana using the table for their available paths provided for Daitya, in the Setite Sorcery Packet.
