Summary:The Ravnos players have come up with the following descriptions of the levels of Ravnos Clan Lore as it applies to Ravnos and non-Ravnos.

Level & What Is Known (Clan)
1: Novice: You've sat through a few of your Sire's stories
2: Practiced: You know the mundane history of the Ravnos. (i.e: old Clanbook)
3: Competent: You have heard of the Karavalanisha Vrana (Wound's of the Night's Sword) and Marcia Feleicia Licinia
4: Expert: Know somewhat of the events in India and their effect on the world
5: Master: You have heard all the tales, talked to someone who hasstood on the plain in Bangladesh and understand the Ravnos role in history
Ravnos Lore (non Clan members) Level & What Is Known
1: Novice: You've heard the Ravnos can create illusions and claim descent from Gypsies
2: Practiced: You know that there are Gypsy and Non-Gypsy Ravnos
3: Competent: You've heard about the events at the beginning of 2000 (Time of Thin Blood)
4: Expert: You know something about the events at the beginning of 2000(Ravnos Clan members going crazy) and can theorize that the Ravnos aren't as common any more
5: Master: You have heard most of the mundane history of the Ravnos. (i.e: old Clanbook)
As an addendum, I'd add that an appropriate mentor (Ravnos, or a gypsy embraced into another clan) won't teach above 2 to non-ravnos.
