Proposed: That Section 8.A of the Administrative Bylaws be changed from:
A. Each member chronicle of OWBN is required to report to the Head Coordinator HC) and Assistant Head Coordinator (AHC) either in writing via email, or via the appropriate Internet submission form on the OWBN website (We will create the form if this proposal passes).
to:
A. Each member chronicle of OWBN is required to report to the Head Coordinator (HC), Assistant Head Coordinators (AHC & AHC2), and the Historian either in writing via email, or via the appropriate Internet submission form on the OWBN website. In addition, chronicle reports will be copied to the OWbN Storyteller list (owbn-st@owbn.org) and the OWbN Council list (owbn-council@owbn.org).

Comments: Should this proposal pass, the Chronicle Report Submission form on the OWbN Webpage could simply be changed to auto-mail to the ST and Council lists in addition to where they are already sent.

| Chicago, IL - USA, Dark Requiem | Against | Having had past issues with local area games, I do not feel that the ST list is the best place for all plot related material to wind up, especially if games nearby include STs who are not fully able to seperate their duty as an ST and their roleplay. Besides, it could spoil the fun. Instead, maybe giving the Historian more power to control the information? I just think that if you are not already sharing with your local games, there is a problem...why make it worse?? |

I have pc's that are STs in the next game over. I would like to let them be suprised with plot stuff that comes out and not mistakenly read about it on the ST list. |
