Coordinator Bylaw 3.c.ii states that Genre Coordinators must passbefore
Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U Named characters, or binding
edict
they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple
chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately
into
discussion and that if no opposition is voiced during the week of
discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable.
I herby Propose adding this Combo (attached) to Section 5 Of the existing Malkavian Genre packet.
That section reads as follows.

Malkavians are ruled by chaos, and a discipline that prevents chaos should never have a gain over risk ratio higher than 50%. But that's a small thing. All in all, I like the concept and can see many good RP scenes that can come out of it. |
