Meaning: Sabbat Ventrue, or Ventrue who are descended from Sabbat Ventrue who possess Auspex as one of their three in-clan disciplines. (They disappeared in 3rd edition.)
Coord's Recommendation: R&U, approval required for PCs, notification required for NPCs
