Article 2: Exceptions to the Rule
Any chronicle wishing to make an exception to the rules of OWBN must petition the OWBN Council with 2 weeks notice. This is especially relevant to the Unique/Rare Creatures article, but should apply to all of them.

Any chronicle wishing to make an exception to the rules of OWBN must submit a proposal to the OWBN Council per standard proposal voting procedures.
Notes:
This will cut down on the confusion and not create problems when voting periods need to be changed.

I find it unlikely that any of our current chronicles are likely to violate this. Additionally due to our efforts to clean up the bylaws and Charter... there should be very few situations which would require this, which are not already covered by a bylaw. |
