[Administrative Proposal] A Change to the Position of Archivist

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

In discussion with Dawn Ireton, current Elected Archivist, and Bryan Delius, interim Archivist, and Geoff Combs, AHC, I have come to understand that the duties of the Archivist are very time-intensive, and having a second Archivist has alleviated a great deal of the work load. They have recommended to me that the position of Archivist be a Archivist 1 & Archivist 2, much like AHC 1 & AHC 2, and that it be appointed to ensure that the team of individuals can work together well for the collaboration and communication that is required by the job.

With that in mind, I hereby propose the following:

Removal of 1.A.iv. "iv. Archivist" from the Elected Coordinator Positions.
Addition of 2.A.vi: "vi. Archivist (2 positions)" in Appointed Coordinator Positions.

Also, I propose that this section also be removed:

"3. They may delegate any of the above powers to one or more Sub
Coordinators, who they will hold responsibility over.
a. The elected Coordinator may remove or replace these Sub-
Coordinators at will. Council may remove these Sub-
Coordinators with a majority vote.
b. The elected Coordinator is responsible for all disputed issues
that are brought before Council involving any authority
delegated to their Sub-Coordinators."

I propose this to be removed as the 'subcooridnator' for the Archivist will essentially now become Archivist 2, and they will work on a team as equals and collaborate on the duties.
