Assistant Head Coordinator 2000-2001

I have served as AHC for the past year. I have accomplished many major
projects in that time including:

1. Our charter and bylaws desperately needed work. I galvanized Council to
organize, rewrite and generally overhaul the Charter this year. I helped write
parts of it, but what Council accomplished as a unit is nothing short of
crazily miraculous, and I enjoyed being a part of a great team. We have
started to work on the bylaws, resisting the previous urges to just bandaid and
move on. I believe with some few months effort, that document will also be
solid, concise, and well-written, and explain our intent clearly.

2. Designing a voting page that automates the voting process, and eliminates a
lot of the human error. It also establishes a past vote listing, so that STs
and Coords alike can see where we are headed on any given subject.

3. Designing a ballot page that automates elections in much the same way that
the voting page did for proposals and voting. It turns around applications and
puts up votes, in a much more timely and efficient fashion.

4. Acts of diplomacy on behalf of the organization, between players and STs,
STs of different chronicles, and even some Coord to chronicle stuff. I believe
I have helped several chronicles out of deep latest Nike releaseGirls Air Jordan
