[Proposal][Bylaw][Genre][Auto Pass] Addition to Rom term in bylaws

I, William Lee, as Ravnos Coord propose the following changes to the character bylaws. This has the potential to auto pass.

ADD

5.d. nomenclature
5.d.i. All instances of the racial slur word gypsy are replaced with the correct term: Rom, Roma, or Romani. Any bylaw that uses the correct terms covers regulation under the former term gypsy.

Reasoning;

If you are on glass council, or been on council you know racism is a hot topic. This one as gone back and forth a couple times. Should the above pass, I’ll change the words in the bylaws as needed.
