[Proposal][DAs] Elimination of Censure and Condemnation

I, Eric L, as CM of TwD propose the removal of the following two bylaws:

 

  Admin Bylaws 6.D.i and 6.D.ii

 

   These bylaws represent the two disciplinary action options of Censure and Condemnation. It is the opinion of TwD that these are largely meaningless DA results and that, if a DA has managed to pass council in the environment/culture which presently surrounds the DA process, it should have meaningful consequences. Should this pass all current Censures and Condemnations would remain, but they would no longer be a valid option as new punishment. 

 

   We are concerned that, to be honest, even one strike likely provides too little consequence for the average player. However, we recognize that even the above might feel like a big step so we'll start with that.
