[WITHDRAWN][PROPOSAL][AUTO-PASS] Lasombra Clan Packet

Per Coordinator bylaw 3.c.iii.Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

 I propose the Removal of the Previous Lasombra Non Binding Genre Guide and Abyss Mysticism packets to be replaced by the new OWBN Lasombra Clan Packet linked below:

In Addition I propose the following Addition to the One World by Night Character Regulation bylaws 10.l.iii.6.:

Reasoning:

A lot of changes have occured with advent of V20. This packet seeks to codify it and provide additional factions to diversify the clan and boost Roleplay within the clan. Following the passing of this packet there will be a plot prop which will detail how this office will introduce the new factions to pcs.
