[Autopass] [Proposal] [Hengeyokai Auspice Packet]

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, as the Hengeyokai Coordinator, Leonard Helding, I do propose the following:

A new Hengeyokai Genre Packet concerning Auspices and the corresponding additions to Character Bylaws.

Rationale:

This packet provides Gift lists and conversions for those without LARP write-ups. Additionally, it provides a write-up for Rite of the Great Burden (which previously was referenced in source material but lacked an actual write-up and explanation beyond its purpose/role). This packet is considered binding.

Rite of the Second Face is requiring Coordinator Notification in order to track its usage. Unlike the Garou Rite of Renunciation, it does not involve a loss of rank/renown (unless the PC would have insufficient renown for their new auspice), but undergoing it repeatedly does carry a social stigma - notification means that that stigma can be applied if the Rite is being used too much.

Rite of the Great Burden is requiring Coordinator Approval, as leaving the Beast Courts to become part of the Nation (or Independent) or joining them, requires Coordinator Approval. This is intended to close any potential loop-holes or methods of attempting to bypass the need for that approval.
