[Proposal][Autopass][Changeling R&U plot-related alteration]

In my duties as changeling coordinator I, Eric Lyakhovetsky, propose the following addition to the R&U bylaws:

The addition to 10.h.ii of the following item:

10. Tuatha de Dannan. PC: Disallowed NPC: Coordinator Approval. Coordinator-Changeling

Rationale:

There has been considerable desire by many changeling PCs (and a few non-changeling PCs) to pursue a way to bring about the return/reawakening/resurrection of the changeling progenitor race/deities. This is as a response both to the impending Fimblewinter and the return of their ancient enemies. As all such entities are akin to changeling versions of the Incarna/Celestines/Deathlords etc., should anything come of such efforts this ensures such NPCs remain with the coords office as they have profound meaning to all of changeling kind. Any such entities which should reoccur will remain under the coord office’s control but may be loaned out to games who wish to employ them for scenes or plots

There is an accompanying plot proposal related to this matter. I propose, as part of this, that if both do not pass or autopass, neither passes.
