[Proposal][R&U][Autopass] Addition to Changeling coord notify

Greetings OWbN. I, Eric Lyakhovetsky, in my duties as changeling coordinator propose the following addition to Character bylaw 10.g.ii.7

Currently it reads:

1.    Membership in the following organizations: The Cat’s Cradle, the Beltaine Blade, the Red Branch of Ulster, the Shadow Court, the Crystal Circle, the Golden Sickle, the Ranters and the Catacomb Club - PC: Coordinator Notify - NPC: Unregulated

I would like to change it to read:

1.    Membership in the following organizations: The Parliament of Dreams, The Cat’s Cradle, the Beltaine Blade, the Red Branch of Ulster, the Shadow Court, the Crystal Circle, the Golden Sickle, the Ranters and the Catacomb Club - PC: Coordinator Notify - NPC: Unregulated

Rationale:

This is an oversight on my part. I originally thought I had added in that notify, but recently the archivist was polite enough to point out that it is not notify. I feel it is good for me to know who is in the Parliament of Dreams so that I can involve them in plot of that level. I propose this with no grandfathering because I would like to know who is in the Parliament of Dreams so I can involve them in plot of that level. Also this one is autopass because I imagine games will find it inoffensive for me to have this knowledge. Thank you guys!
