Over the course of a lunar month the crafter created and infused a pocket watch with the ability to make a Kindred heart beat while the watch is on their person for the duration of a year and a day. Vitae may be infused into the watch should the owner desire to restart or extend the mystic effect for an additional year and a day.
Only 1 clock can be made each lunar month.
A number of clocks may be made up to the casters level of Occult.
