2020 - Changing Breeds - Patience Moberg
Introduction and Background:
Hello, my name is Patience Moberg and I have been a part of One World by Night since 2012. I took a few breaks early on, but have played through most of the years.
I began in One World by Night in a Changing Breeds, Garou, game in Bridgewater, MA. Shortly after, in 2013, I begain play with my Silent Strider PC in Rage Across the Cape who is my active CBC PC. Since then I have played a bastet and most of the tribes. Additionally, I have branched out into other genres, mainly Vampire, Mage and Wraith, to learn how each genre works. As the AST to Rage Across the Cape I have also portrayed a bubasti for the National Plot a year or so ago. As this organization is becoming more multi-genre then seperate, understandng the different avenues of play is important to create a full story for those in the games primary genre and how to interact as a Changing Breeds game with those genres.
I have worked in customer service positions for over 10 years, so I am familiar with the need to forge and continue positive relationships with multiple types of people.
I am not bilingual, so Portguese translations were made by using Google Translate, which I know is not always super accurate, but that is what is available to me.

Olá, meu nome é Patience Moberg e faço parte do One World by Night desde 2012. Fiz algumas pausas no início, mas joguei durante a maior parte dos anos.
Comecei no One World by Night em um jogo em mudança de raças, Garou, em Bridgewater, MA. Pouco depois, em 2013, eu comecei a jogar com o meu PC Silent Strider em Rage Across the Cape, que é meu PC ativo da CBC. Desde então, interpreto bastet e a maioria das tribos. During this past election year, I was the Fae/Mage Historian sub-cord. I was relieved from my duties in December since the next report was not due until after elections.

My statement is to ensure that all players feel heard and respected and that everyone continues to have fun in their hobby. Additionally, that those who submit things to the CBC office receive a timely response.

Minha afirmação é garantir que todos os jogadores se sintam ouvidos e respeitados e que todos continuem se divertindo em seu hobby. Além disso, aqueles que enviam as coisas ao escritório da CBC recebem uma resposta oportuna de alguma natureza.
Goals:
One of my goals is to restructure the Changing Breeds subcoord divisions to ensure all aspects of the genre receive notice and regulation. One way I aim to do this is by submitting a Prop for the Ahadi to have their own coord team, just as the Hengeyokai have theirs. The Ahadi, while games do have ambassadors, are primarily in Africa and should have their own dedicated Coordinator team, and this is something that can and will be looked at for future joint plot. Because the Nation due to past OWbN plot does interact with both factions, I would nominate two liaisons, one for Hengeyokai, and one for the Ahadi. Additionally, I would separate the tribal responsibilities more so all tribes are fairly represented. I would add a City Tribal team for the Glass Walkers and Children of Gaia. While Glass Walkers are called low tribes, they are vastly different then the Bone Gnawers and Silent Striders and plot for these two does not benefit the Glass Walkers. Under each team will be narrators for 1 or 2 tribes per narrator. The rest of the position divisions would remain as they are. I would like to see other tribes and fera get plot that have not had much focus in recent years.
I also plan to review the current Changing Breeds by-laws to see what is either missing or should be updated per current status and plots that have occurred in the org. Additonally, what may need to be changed due to updated material from White Wolf and other national plots. This is due to the widely used material from Werewolf 20th Anniversary and Changing Breeds 20th Aniversary books.

Um dos meus objetivos é reestruturar as divisões de subcoordos em mudança das raças para garantir que todos os aspectos do gênero sejam notificados e regulamentados. Uma maneira que pretendo fazer isso é enviar um suporte para os Ahadi terem sua própria equipe de coordenação, assim como os Hengeyokai. Os Ahadi, embora os jogos tenham embaixadores, estão principalmente na África e devem ter sua própria equipe de Coordenadores, e isso é algo que pode e será analisado para uma futura conspiração conjunta. Como a Nação, devido à trama OWbN do passado, interage com as duas facções, eu nomeio duas ligações, uma para Hengeyokai e outra para os Ahadi. Além disso, eu separaria as responsabilidades tribais mais para que todas as tribos estejam representadas de maneira justa. Eu acrescentaria uma equipe Tribal da Cidade para os Andarilhos do Vidro e os Filhos de Gaia. Enquanto Glass Walkers são chamados de tribos baixas, eles são muito diferentes dos Roedores de Ossos e Caminhantes Silenciosos, e a trama para esses dois não beneficia os Glass Walkers. Sob cada equipe, haverá narradores de 1 ou 2 tribos por narrador. O restante das divisões de posição permaneceria como está.
Também planejo revisar os estatutos atuais das Mudanças de Raças para ver o que está faltando ou deve ser atualizado de acordo com o status atual e as parcelas que ocorreram na organização. Além disso, o que pode precisar ser alterado devido ao material atualizado de White Wolf e outras parcelas nacionais. Eu gostaria de ver outras tribos e feras obtendo conspirações que não tiveram muito foco nos últimos anos. Isso se deve ao material amplamente utilizado dos livros de 20º aniversário de Lobisomem e 20º aniversário de raças em mudança.
