2020 - Anarch - Margaret Hill
Introduction and Background:
Hello! First I want to thank you for taking the time to read through this application. Whether Anarch Genre is your Sect of choice or not, it has become one of the fasting growing genres OWBN has to offer. It has gone through many growing pains and I am privileged to say I have seen a good deal of it first hand. I want anyone who is willing to experience the passion I feel for this Sect.
After having spent 12 years playing an Anarch, serving as an HST a primary Anarch game, and donating over 3 years to Sub-Coording for the genre, I feel I am ready to assume the mantle of responsibility as Anarch Coord. I have played multiple genres in One World By Night. I started playing Camerilla over 20 years ago and have expanded from there. I have played Sabbat and Garou as well in OWBN. I have storytold many tabletop games, ranging from D&D to White Wolf games. I have gone so far as to run multi-day convention LARPs using the MET system.

Olá! Em primeiro lugar, quero agradecer por você ter lido esse aplicativo. Quer o gênero anarquista seja a sua seita de escolha ou não, ele se tornou um dos gêneros em jejum que a OWBN tem a oferecer. Ele passou por muitas dores de crescimento e tenho o privilégio de dizer que já vi muito disso em primeira mão. Quero alguém que esteja disposto a experimentar a paixão que sinto por esta seita.
Depois de passar 12 anos jogando um Anarch, servindo como um HST como um jogo Anarch principal e doando mais de 3 anos para Sub-Coording para o gênero, sinto que estou pronto para assumir o manto de responsabilidade como Anarch Coord. Eu toquei vários gêneros em One World By Night. Comecei a jogar Camerilla há mais de 20 anos e expandi-me a partir daí. Eu joguei Sabbat e Garou também no OWBN. Personal Statement:
During my involvement with One World by Night, I have seen many things come and go, I have seen what makes some coordinators stand out or collapse under the weight of the office. I will endeavor to be one who stands up and shoulders the mantle well, as such there are certain guidelines and policies I will place for myself.
In recent years, there has been growing concern for the emotional states both players and staffs may find themselves in, and I will strive to treat each and every person who comes to me or my staff with the utmost respect. I will listen to and try to understand, to the best of my ability, any situation placed in front of me and respond with courtesy and impartiality.
There has been a concern for cliques and quid pro quo, this will not be propagated within my administration. Behavior such as that destroys the fabric of the community of LARPers we have strived to create.
Although I intend to work closely with other coordinators and with the staff of chronicles, I will not be taking more onto my plate. I will focus my attention and dedicate my time to the genre by simply being a genre coordinator, and there is a lot that is involved and many of the uniqueness of the Anarch genre can be lost in translation.
Within the administrative portions of the office; I will endeavor to have a response out within 36 hours for any communications sent to my office. I will be bringing on new people as well as retain some members of Team Anarch, and my goal is to have good coverage and appoint people for each region to assist staffs and work closely with the individual games. Through good delegation and communication, I will endeavor to provide responsiveness and efficiency during my tenure.

Durante meu envolvimento com o One World by Night, eu vi muitas coisas ir e vir, eu vi o que faz alguns coordenadores se destacarem ou desmoronarem sob o peso do escritório. Esforçarei-me por ser alguém que se levante e aceite bem o manto, pois há certas diretrizes e políticas que colocarei para mim.
Nos últimos anos, tem havido uma preocupação crescente com os estados emocionais em que jogadores e equipes podem se encontrar, e eu me esforçarei para tratar cada pessoa que vem a mim ou à minha equipe com o maior respeito. Ouvirei e tentarei entender, da melhor maneira possível, qualquer situação colocada à minha frente e responder com cortesia e imparcialidade.
Houve uma preocupação com panelinhas e quid pro quo, isso não será propagado dentro da minha administração. Comportamentos como esse destroem o tecido da comunidade de LARPers que nos esforçamos para criar.
Embora pretenda trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outros coordenadores e com a equipe de crônicas, não levarei mais em consideração. Vou focar minha atenção e dedicar meu tempo ao gênero simplesmente sendo um coordenador de gêneros, e há muito o que está envolvido e muitas das singularidades do gênero anarquista podem ser perdidas na tradução.
Dentro das partes administrativas do escritório; Esforçarei-me por obter uma resposta dentro de 36 horas para qualquer comunicação enviada ao meu escritório. Estarei trazendo novas pessoas, além de manter alguns membros da Equipe Anarch, e meu objetivo é ter uma boa cobertura e nomear pessoas para cada região para ajudar as equipes e trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os jogos individuais. Por meio de uma boa delegação e comunicação, tentarei fornecer capacidade de resposta e eficiência durante meu mandato.
Goals:
During my tenure, if elected, I plan to take this genre to a whole new level. There are several items I wish to address.
1) Revise the magic in the movement packet to clear up some confusion and provide more guidelines for practitioners. The most recent packet passed by a very slim margin, this indicates to me there is room for improvement to bring this packet and ultimately Magic within the Anarch Sect more inline with what is acceptable to the whole.
2) Work closely with the other Sect Coordinators to propagate adherence and representation of the genre.
3) Facilitate the understanding of the genre and increase the accessibility for players and staffs to explore the Sect.
4) Expand upon the political impulses and propagate the use of this aspect of the genre.
5) There has been growing concern for the consideration of Copywrite laws and I will assure that any publication produced during my tenure will be free of such entanglements.
6) I plan to work with staffs to bring Anarch genera and respective NPCs forward for appearances and possible plots at chronicle level and event-level games.
7) I will hold regular office hours where I can be contacted for conversations, questions or to work more specifically with a person or game.

Durante meu mandato, se eleito, planejo levar esse gênero a um nível totalmente novo. Há vários itens que desejo abordar.
1) Revise a mágica no pacote de movimento para esclarecer algumas confusões e fornecer mais orientações aos profissionais. O pacote mais recente passou por uma margem muito pequena, isso indica para mim que há espaço para melhorias para trazer esse pacote e, finalmente, a Magia dentro da Seita Anarca mais alinhada com o que é aceitável para o todo.
2) Trabalhe em estreita colaboração com os outros coordenadores da seita para propagar a adesão e a representação do gênero.
3) Facilitar a compreensão do gênero e aumentar a acessibilidade dos jogadores e equipes para explorar a Seita.
4) Amplie os impulsos políticos e propague o uso desse aspecto do gênero.
5) Houve uma preocupação crescente com a consideração das leis da Copywrite e assegurarei que qualquer publicação produzida durante meu mandato estará livre de tais emaranhados.
6) Planejo trabalhar com equipes para trazer os gêneros Anarch e os respectivos NPCs para as aparências e possíveis parcelas no nível de crônica e jogos no nível de evento.
7) Manterei o horário comercial em que posso ser contatado para conversar, fazer perguntas ou trabalhar mais especificamente com uma pessoa ou jogo.
