Introduction and Background:

Introductions - Hello! For the last 2 years I have been serving as the Anarch Coordinator for OWbN. My team and I have done quite a bit of work and expanded our genre to new heights within that time frame.  This year I am running for the position once again and I am just as excited this time as I was before with new goals and a burning dedication to the genre. 

 

For those that don't know me, I have been in the org since summer of 2007. I have enjoyed playing with the org as a whole, getting to attend various games and events and making many friends over the years. Not just local regional but from all over. From Brazil to Canada. 

 

This hobby has been one of the best experiences of my life. I plan on playing for many more years to come and hopefully making many more friends. 

 

I would like to dedicate more of my time these coming years as a thank you for the many years of excellent friendship and enjoyment of the org we all play in. Please consider me for another term as Anarch coordinator.

Olá! Eu tenho sido o Coordenador Anarch do OWBN nos ultimos dois anos. Eu e meu time fizemos um trabalho de bom tamanho e expandimos o nosso gênero neste tempo. Este ano eu estou concorrendo à posição novamente, e estou tão excitado desta vez quanto eu estava das últimas vezes, com novos objetivos e uma dedicação ferrenha ao gênero.

 

Para aqueles que nao me conhecem, eu estou na Organização desde o verão de 2007. Eu me diverti jogando no OWBN como um todo, indo à vários jogos e fazendo muitos amigos ao longo dos anos. Não apenas localmente, mas por toda a Org. Do Brasil ao Canadá.

 

Este hobby tem sido uma das melhores experiências da minha vida. Eu pretendo jogar por muitos anos ainda, e se tudo der certo, fazer mais amigos.

 

Eu gostaria de dedicar mais do meu tempo nos anos vindouros como um agradecimento pelos muitos anos de excelentes amizades e diversão nesta Organização em que jogamos. Por favor, me considerem para um novo mandato como Coordenador Anarch.

  • Create and ran multiple mini plot scenarios for the OU members to interact with.

  • Currently working on a long overarching plot that has taken 3 years to see most of it.

 

Outside of OWbN

I have been playing various tabletop and independent LARPs for years since I learned about the world of Dungeons and Dragons in high school. The obsession moved from there to LARPs such as 7th Sea and L5R. I also have playtested and given suggestions to home brewed games over the years.

For my personal life, I have a daughter who is turning 7 this year and is quickly learning how to navigate through school and friendships as well as play minecraft with the best of them. I have a great growing family and couldn't be happier.

Personal Statement:

I want to keep up the progress in the Anarch genre that we have create in OWbN going and growing. In this regards I want to include everyone that I can in this genre. I am looking to expand on what we have and working with staff to ensure they get the tools they need to run genre appropriate plot.  I know I can do the job as I have done so these past two years. I know I have the right mind and attitude that is needed to keep this ball rolling.

 

My personal guidelines on how I plan to act include:

  • Use a clear head to make all my decisions.

  • Be easy to get along with and tell people ‘NO' when it is needed. 

  • Respect people's’ boundaries and be willing to run within comfort levels.

  • Remember that everyone deserves a shot. Whether it be a throw down at exploding chess with Smiling Jack or the negotiation with Neo Carth Elders taking over your territory. I won’t just narrate the scene for anyone based on untouchable sheet size. I am willing to give chances as long as you're willing to take the consequences of your actions.

Personal Statement (Portuguese):

Eu quero que o que criamos para o genero Anarch no OWBN continue crescendo. Neste sentido,eu gostaria de incluir todos que puder neste gênero. Eu busco expandir o que ja temos, e trabalhar com os sts para garantir que eles têm todas as ferramentas que precisam para narrar plots apropriadas ao gênero. Eu sei que posso fazer isso, como já tenho feito nos últimos dez anos. Eu sei que tenho a atitude e a mentalidade corretas  para manter esta bola rolando. 

 

As linhas mestras de como eu pretendo agir incluem:

  • Tomar todas as minhas decisões de cabeça fria

  • Ser fácil de lidar e saber dizer “NÃO” quando necessario

  • Respeitar os limites das pessoas e reconhecer seus niveis de comforto. 

  • Lembrar que todos merecem uma change. Seja um jogo de xadrez explosivo com Smiling Jack ou negociar com um Ancião neo-Cartaginês que está querendo tomar seu território. Eu não narrarei cenas que sejam baseadas apenas em fichas absurdamente longos. Eu me disponho a dar chance à todos, desde que estejam dispostos a aceitar as consequências de suas ações. 

Goals:

I have some new goals this term and some old ones that i want to keep going. Listed below are the primary ones I really wish to focus on. Some of these are going to be a focus for us before the end of a couple months. 

 

  • I have 2 packets the team is currently working on.  The Laibon Packet and Clanless packet. the last one which is almost in completion after the last set of votes upon it and suggested changes.  

  • Work on addressing any matters that were left for me by the previous Coordinator. (Pretty sure I got everything resolved before this election term.)

  • Give fast turnaround time to inquiries to the office. I know that fast answers help move story along and I wish to give players, STs and other coordinators such.

  • Working with Anarch and Camarilla games to promote their Anarch PC/NPC’s. This genre is sometimes ignored or portrayed in a bad light. I wish to fix that.

  • Work with the other Coords to generate new plots and ideas for games to utilize. .

  • Work with Brazil to expand the genre to include plots that we work on together.

  • Promote Anarch unity in the face of the other sects.

Goals (Portuguese):

Eu tenho alguns novos objetivos para este mandato, e alguns antigos que eu gostaria que continuassem. Listados abaixo estão os objetivos primários que eu realmente gostaria de focar. Alguns deles estarão em jogo antes de que dois meses após às eleições se passem. 

 

  • Meu time atual está trabalhando atualmente em dois packets. O Packet laibon e o Packet dos sem Clã. O último está quase completo, apos a ultima votação e as sugestões recebidas. 

  • Trabalhar nas pendências que foram deixadas por Coordenadores anteriores (embora tenha quase certeza que consiga terminá-las antes das eleições)

  • Responder rapidamente às perguntas ao Coordenador. Eu sei que respostas rapidas ajudam a historia a se movimentar e eu desejo dá-las aos jogadores, STs e outros Coordenadores. 

  • Trabalhar com os jogos Anarch e camarilla para promover seus jogadores e PNCs Anarch. Este gênero às vezes é ignorado, e outras, representado de forma errônea. Eu desejo mudar isso. 

  • Trabalhar com os outros Coordenadores para gerar novas plots e ideias que os jogos possam utilizar

  • Trabalhar com o Brazil para expandir o gênero e incluir as plots em que ja trabalhamos juntos

  • Promover a unidade Anarch frente às outras Seitas.
