Introduction and Background:

Hi everyone!

My name is William Lee, and I have been an OWBN'er since 2005. I have played several characters over the years, but I believe I am most known for Hazzan Marwan. I played mostly in Florida, but for several years in Georgia as well. I make several events a year, and hope to be adding some West Coast events this coming year.

Personal Statement:

I have been Ravnos coordinator for a while now, and I have done a lot to keep the genre up and moving. A lot of people dont realize the amount of flags that fall under the Ravnos Coord banner, and it sometimes gets lost in translation.

I have been a big pusher of new genre. I dont wait for books, and I dont want to. I have run a total of 6 national plots since I have taken coord, and I dont intend to stop. I am constantly fieding emails, pushing mentors, and keeping this going. To much has gone bland these days, and I never want my time has coord to have nothing moving. I go through 100s of emails a week, and ask a lot of my national players, I cant always keep up with all of them.

I try to keep a good response time. Some fall through the cracks, but I usually have situations dealt with, or answered, within a day or two. Not 100 percent perfect, but I dont want players and games waiting on me.

I plan ot rant more in goals, so I am keeping this section short and sweet.

Personal Statement (Portuguese):

Tenho sido um coordenador de Ravnos por um tempo, e eu fiz muito para manter o gênero em movimento. Muitas pessoas não percebem a quantidade de bandeiras que se enquadram no banner de Ravnos Coord, e às vezes se perde na tradução.

Eu fui um grande empurrador de um novo gênero. Não espero livros, e não quero. Tenho executado um total de 6 parcelas nacionais desde que eu tomei coord, e não pretendo parar. Eu estou constantemente falando emails, empurrando mentores e mantendo isso em andamento. Até hoje, muito feliz, e nunca quero que meu tempo seja coorden para não ter nada em movimento. Passo por 100s de e-mails por semana e pergunto muitos dos meus jogadores nacionais, nem sempre consigo acompanhar todos eles.

Eu tento manter um bom tempo de resposta. Alguns caem nas rachaduras, mas costumo ter situações tratadas ou respondidas dentro de um dia ou dois. Não é 100 por cento perfeito, mas não quero jogadores e jogos esperando por mim.

Planejo ot rant mais em metas, então eu estou mantendo essa seção curta e doce.

Goals:

I have focused on an area or two at once. It is hard because Ravnos coord has so many areas within it. Last year we focused on; Rom and Anarchs. We got a lot done, and when the new packet was passed it had hardly any bylaw changes because it was all done one by one in plots.

Goals for this term;

Jati, Anti, and American. Does this means the other ones are getting ignored? Heck no! There is just enough built already to keep the Rom and American going without a plot nudge.

Jati; This is a hard one. I have approved several in the last year or so, but their place in America is hit or miss. The Court of the Eagle sadly didnt get the traction I was hoping for, but many PCs are still trying to fix that. V20 added a lot of new information for the path of Eastern Paradox, and Samsara, which changes their dynamic a bit. I have pushed a lot of Jati within the Sabbat, because the genre was already there, but I want to try to forge a home for them somewhere else. It is hard getting indie genre going, and a lot of games dont allow outside sect pcs, but it doesnt mean this portion of the genre should get overlooked.

Anti; This is the biggest player base. Heck, per an EC vote they arent even called the Ravnos Anti anymore. They have branched off a lot into the Rom/Jati camps, but thats my fault for not having a lot of strait Anti plot going. I work well with the current Sabbat coord, and I want to keep giving more avenues into being a wandered through cannon NPCs such as Anka, and running some form of national plot that is focused soley on the Anti. The plan is something akin to a "group" of them that survived the Week of Nightmares that became addicted to it. Instead of being afraid of hiding from it, they want to spread and bask in it.

American; The second biggest group. I dropped their rarity, but sadly a lot of new PCs were made under this banner and masqueraded as Jati and Rom. They got a huge push Anarch wise, but I need to do more. I want to give them more mentor options, more ability to bargain with the movement, and honestly just more chances to interact outside their chronicle without having to deal with the Rom/Jati.

Brazi; I want to push plot down South. I dont generally run regional plots, but I need to include Brazil in more of the national plots.

Finally, I want to try and mend some bridges this term. There are a good deal of rumors being flushed around about me that claim I abuse the Rom side of the genre. I have gone drastically out of my way to try and fix this, but some are stalwart in their views. I intend to keep offering olive branches and trying to fix this, but the show must go on.

Eu me concentrei em uma área ou duas ao mesmo tempo. É difícil porque Ravnos coord tem tantas áreas dentro dele. No ano passado, nos concentramos; Rom e Anarchs.
