Introduction and Background:

Hello! First, I want to thank you for taking the time to read through this application. In recent years, Anarch Genre has become one of the fasting growing Genres OWBN has to offer. It has gone through many growing pains, many of which I have seen firsthand. I want anyone who is willing to experience the passion I feel for this Sect.

After having spent 8 years playing an Anarch, serving as an ST of a primary anarch game and donating the last year and a half to Sub-Coording for the genre; I feel I am ready to assume the mantle of responsibility as Anarch Coord.

I have played multiple genres in One World By Night. I started playing Camarilla nearly 20 years ago and have expanded from there. I have also played OWBN Sabbat and Garou. I have story told many tabletop games, ranging from D&D to White Wolf games. I have gone so far as to run multi-day convention LARPs
using the MET system.

Olá! Primeiro, gostaria de agradecer por terem tido tempo para ler este aplicativo. Nos últimos anos, o Anarch Genre tornou-se um dos gêneros de jejum que a OWBN tem para oferecer. Passou por muitas dores de crescimento, muitas das quais eu vi de primeira mão. Eu quero alguém que esteja disposto a experimentar a paixão que sinto por esta Seção.

Depois de ter passado 8 anos tocando um Anarch, servindo como um ST de um jogo anar primário e doando o último ano e meio para Sub-Coordenação para o gênero; Eu sinto que estou pronto para assumir o manto de responsabilidade como Anarch Coord.

Personal Statement:

During my involvement with One World by Night, I have seen many things come and go. I have seen what makes some coordinators stand out or collapse under the weight of the office. I will endeavor to be one who stands up and shoulders the mantle well. As such, there are certain guidelines and policies I will place for myself.

In recent years there has been growing concern for the emotional states players and staffs may find themselves in, I will strive to treat each and every person who comes to me or my staff with the utmost respect. I will listen to and try to understand, to the best of my ability, any situation placed in front of me and respond with curtacy and impartiality. There has been a concern for cliques and quid pro quo. This will not be propagated within my administration. Behaviour such as that destroys the fabric of the community of LARPers we have strived to create.

Although I intend to work closely with other coordinators and with the staffs of chronicles, I will not be taking more onto my plate. I will focus my attention and dedicate my time to the genre, by simply being a genre coordinator. There is a lot involved and much of the of the Anarch genre can be lost in translation. To this end, I will not be spreading myself thin and holding multiple positions within OWBN,

Within the administrative portions of the office; my goal will be to have a response out within 36 hours for any communications sent to my office. I will be bringing on new people as well as retain some members of Team Anarch, I want to have good coverage and point people for each region to assist staffs and work closely with the individual games. Through good delegation and communication, I will endeavor to provide responsiveness and efficiency during my tenure.

Durante o meu envolvimento com One World by Night, eu vi muitas coisas ir e vir. Eu vi o que faz com que alguns coordenadores se destacam ou desmoronam sob o peso do escritório. Eu me esforçarei para ser um que se levanta e omite o manto bem. Como tal, existem certas diretrizes e políticas que colocarei para mim.

Nos últimos anos tem havido uma crescente preocupação para os estados emocionais que os jogadores e as equipes podem encontrar, eu vou me esforçar para tratar cada pessoa que vem a mim ou a minha equipe com o maior respeito. Eu vou ouvir e tentar entender, na melhor das minhas habilidades, qualquer situação colocada na minha frente e responder com curta e imparcialidade. Houve uma preocupação para cliques e quid pro quo. Isso não será propagado dentro da minha administração. Um comportamento como esse destrói o tecido da comunidade de LARPers que nos esforçamos para criar.

Embora eu pretendo trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outros coordenadores e com a equipe de cronicas, não vou levar mais no meu prato. Vou concentrar minha atenção e dedicar meu tempo ao gênero, simplesmente sendo um coordenador de gênero. Há muito envolvido e muito do gênero Anarch pode ser perdido na tradução. Dentro das partes administrativas do escritório; meu objetivo será ter uma resposta dentro de 36 horas para todas as comunicações enviadas para o meu escritório. Goals:

During my tenure, if elected, I plan to take this genre to a whole new level. There are several items I wish to address.

1) facilitate the understanding of the genre and increase the accessibility for players and staffs to explore the Sect.

2) work closely with the other Sect Coordinators to propagate adherence and representation of the genre.

3) revise the magic in the movement packet to clear up some confusion and provide more guidelines for practitioners.

4) expand upon the political impulses and propagate the use of this aspect of the genre. This will, of course, include a new packet with details, pros, cons and notable members of each impulse.

Durante o meu mandato, se eleito, pretendo levar esse gênero a um nível totalmente novo. Existem vários itens que desejo abordar.

1) facilitar a compreensão do gênero e aumentar a acessibilidade para os jogadores e funcionários para explorar a Seção.

2) trabalhe em estreita colaboração com os outros Coordenadores de Seções para propagar aderência e representação do gênero.

3) rever a magia no pacote de movimento para esclarecer alguma confusão e fornecer mais orientações para os praticantes.

4) expandir os impulsos políticos e propagar o uso desse aspecto do gênero. Isto, claro, incluirá um novo pacote com detalhes, prós, contras e membros notáveis de cada impulso.
