Introduction and Background:

Hello everyone! My name is Rob Ieraci and i am running for the Office of Lasombra Coord. A little about me first for those who do not know me. My gaming life started around the time i was 13 or 14 years old. I started playing Magic the Gathering, Legend of the Five Rings, and Warhammer. I also played some tabletop Vampire and Werewolf. Eventually, as my hobby progressed,i would travel around the country playing in tournaments for Legend of the Five Rings including winning multiple regional championships and world finals invites.

I didn't start LARPing until asked by an old friend  to give it a shot. I loved it and made it a regular hobby. Seven years ago I started in OWBN, playing a Lasombra, and haven't looked back. I have met many amazing friends along the way and meet new ones all the time.

Outside of gaming i have pretty normal life. I’m happily married and have two amazing children. When I am not doing something in OWBN i am either hanging out with friends, family, playing video games, or cheering for the various sports teams I follow. For work, I manage a sales team that covers all of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and part of Massachusetts.

Olá a todos! Meu nome é Rob Ieraci e estou correndo para o escritório de Lasombra Coord. Um pouco sobre mim primeiro para aqueles que não me conhecem. Minha vida de jogo começou na época em que eu tinha 13 ou 14 anos. Comecei a jogar Magic the Gathering, Legend of the Five Rings e Warhammer. Eu também joguei alguns vampiros de mesa e Lobisomem. Para o trabalho, eu administro uma equipe de vendas que cobre todos Connecticut, Rhode Island, e parte de Massachusetts.

Personal Statement:

I want to review the current state of Clan Lasombra in OWBN, be it what PCs are working on and what NPCs are working towards. I will work with the Sabbat Coordinator, Anarch Coordinator, and Camarilla Coordinator to ensure that the Lasombra are represented correctly, per genre and canon, and effectively. I also want to bring some consistency to the Elders of the Clan. I remember when I played my Lasombra running into Multiple Personality Disorder NPCs and being frustrated by it.To do this I will be reviewing all interactions from NPC’s and assigning dedicated subcoords, or myself, to run them exclusively.

I will also take a hard look at the current packet and making sure it is updated. I will also monitor all new publishings to ensure any new power, clan specific lore, or subfaction are brought in line with what we have in OWBN. I will also work with any staff on making sure approvals and scenes with this office are handled promptly

There are rules I will hold my office accountable to. The first being a maximum 72 hour response time. If it is for an approval, and more time for discussion is needed, an initial response within 72 hours will be required as well as a follow up date to which the final decision will be made. Another rule is to be respectful to others be it ic not pushing past boundaries in a scene or ooc discussion. Everyone gets a fair chance, be it a new player and pc or a veteran.

Quero rever o estado atual do Clan Lasombra no OWBN, seja com o que os PCs estão trabalhando e com o que os NPCs estão trabalhando. Vou trabalhar com o Coordenador do Sabbat, o Coordenador do Anarquismo e o Coordenador da Camarilla para garantir que os Lasombra sejam representados corretamente, por gênero e cânone, e efetivamente. Eu também quero trazer alguma consistência para os Anciãos do Clã. Eu me lembro quando eu joguei meu Lasombra correndo em NPCs de Personalidade de Desordem Múltipla e sendo frustrado por it.To fazer isso vou estar analisando todas as interações de NPC's e atribuindo subcoords dedicado, ou eu, para executá-los exclusivamente.


Eu também vou dar uma olhada no pacote atual e certificando-se de que ele é atualizado. Eu também vou trabalhar com qualquer equipe em certificando-se aprovações e cenas com este escritório são tratadas prontamente

Existem regras que vou manter o meu escritório responsável. O primeiro é um tempo de resposta máximo de 72 horas. Outra regra é ser respeitoso com os outros, seja ele não ultrapassando fronteiras em uma cena ou discussão. Todo mundo tem uma chance justa, seja um novo jogador e PC ou um veterano.
