2017 - Demon - Chris P
Introduction and Background:
My name is Chris Pieratt. I am applying for the Demon Coordinator’s position. I have been in the Org for several years, over a decade in fact, and am very excited to see Demon Genre get back to its roots. I have always enjoyed the tough decisions and the personal horror that comes from those decisions. I look forward to working with the current PCs and those who are looking to make the hard choices of power/survival vs. damnation, not just for the benefit of the Infernal but for the Org as a whole.

Meu nome é Chris Pieratt. Estou me candidatando para a posição do Coordenador Demoníaco. Estive no Org por vários anos, mais de uma década de fato, e estou muito animado para ver Demon Genre voltar às suas raízes. Eu sempre gostei das decisões difíceis e do horror pessoal que vem dessas decisões. Estou ansioso para trabalhar com os PCs atuais e aqueles que estão olhando para fazer as escolhas difíceis de poder / sobrevivência vs condenação, não apenas para o benefício do Infernal, mas para a Org como um todo.
Administrative Experience:
I have been playing this game since 1997 and have seen a lot of evolution. I first started playing in Org games around 2001. I have been a Narrator and Storyteller for both Sabbat and Camarilla; and I have helped Coordinators and Storytellers in the past to preview write ups and packets due to my propensity to find breaks and loopholes in a system. I have run troop games, and various other LARPs and was the Salubri Coordinator for 2 years. I know much administration work is similar regardless of the game. You must be responsive, even if the answer is, “I have to look into this.” You have to be consistent in what your decisions are, and you have to work with other people whose responsibilities will be affected by your genre.

Eu tenho jogado este jogo desde 1997 e vi muita evolução. Eu comecei a jogar no Org jogos por volta de 2001. Eu tenho sido Narrador e Narrador para Sabbat e Camarilla; E eu ajudei os coordenadores e os contadores de histórias no passado a prever artigos e pacotes do write devido a minha propensão encontrar rupturas e brechas em um sistema. Personal Statement:
I am one of the most straight forward people you are likely to meet. I play very straight with people and expect them to act accordingly. While we play a game where lies and deception are a part of daily life, when talking on a coord level I’m more likely to be genial if such back dealings are left with their character. If you need something from me just tell me, the more you tell me the better I can help you get it.

Eu sou uma das pessoas mais diretas que você provavelmente encontrará. Eu jogo muito diretamente com as pessoas e espero que eles agem em conformidade. Enquanto jogamos um jogo onde mentiras e decepção são uma parte da vida cotidiana, quando falando em um nível de coordenação eu tenho mais probabilidade de ser genial se essas relações de volta são deixados com seu caráter. Se você precisar de algo de mim apenas me diga, quanto mais você me diz, melhor posso ajudá-lo a obtê-lo.
Goals:
As I said before, I am a huge fan of Infernal Genre and how it intersects with the other genres. Clearly the most obvious cross over is Sabbat genre; however no clan or sect or even creature type is immune to the seductions of the infernal. Hell has something for them all for the low, low price of a soul that was probably going to hell anyway. So, why not?
The meat and potatoes of Demon Genre are the infernal PCs of all genres. It is these PCs and their stories I want to assist their STs in telling. They have sought power, or found themselves in a bad situation with no other way out. Yes they have been given great power, but they have a lot of balls to juggle and Hell is not a forgiving master.
As there has been a small number of actual Fallen players, they too will be part of whom I support. I am not a huge fan of power crossover from genre to genre, as many of those make little sense to be used by the different creature types, especially given the depth and breadth of powers available to each already through investitures and contracts.
With ever more V20 books being printed and new powers and abilities coming to the attention of all clans and genres, this will be something I plan to keep a tight leash on. The nature on the Infernal is that it is powerful, the Coord’s job is to keep that power in some kind of balance. My team and I will review everything coming out of new material and decide if it is needed, or if we have that covered. If we find enough new material worthwhile, only then will we consider a serious adjustment to the Demon Packet.
