Introduction and Background:

Introductions - Hello! I am David Ashby and for years I have been an active member of One World by Night. It started out with a simple conversation at work one day about Dungeons and Dragons which evolved to discussion about LARP. At the time when my work buddy asked me if I wanted to try it out I was skeptical if I would enjoy it.

Man was I wrong. I fell in love with playing the game and interacting with people at various levels in the Org, including meeting up at National Events. Over my decade of playing I have enjoyed having many great scenes with so many people both at games and online.

I am a loving Father to an almost 4 year old daughter. Spending time with those I love and the family I am creating is how I like to spend most of my week. I'm a machinist by trade but am looking for a new field of work to take advantage of my degree in drafting engineering and design.

I am looking forward to running a Genre I have grown to love.

Introduções - Olá! Eu sou David Ashby e por anos tenho sido um membro ativo de

One World by Night. Começou com uma conversa simples no trabalho um dia sobre

masmorras e dragões que evoluiu para a discussão sobre LARP. Embora na época,

quando meu amigo de trabalho me perguntou se eu queria experimentá-lo, eu estava

cético se eu iria apreciá-lo.

Cara, eu estava errado. Eu logo me apaixonei por jogar o jogo e interagir com pessoas

em vários níveis no Org, incluindo reunião em eventos nacionais. Ao longo da minha

década de jogar, tive o privilégio eo prazer de ter muitas cenas fantásticas com tantas

pessoas, tanto em jogos como on-line.

Eu sou um Pai amoroso de uma filha de quase 4 anos de idade. Passar tempo com

aqueles que eu amo e criar a família que estou criando é como eu gosto de passar a

maior parte da minha semana. Eu sou um maquinista de comércio, mas estou à

procura de um novo campo de trabalho para tirar proveito do meu diploma em

desenho de engenharia e design.

Estou ansioso para executar um gênero que tenho crescido para o amor ao longo dos

últimos anos como eu tenho jogado este jogo.

I have been playing various tabletop and independent LARPs for years since I learned about the world of D&D in high school. The obsession moved from there to LARPs such as 7th Sea and L5R. I also have playtested and given suggestions to home brewed games over the years.

Eu tenho jogado vários tabletop e LARPs independente por anos desde que eu

aprendi sobre o mundo de D & D na High School. A obsessão mudou para LARPs,

como o 7th Sea e L5R. Eu também tenho participado playtest e dou sugestões para

home brewed jogos (Jogos locais,caseiros) ao longo dos últimos anos.

Personal Statement

I want to keep the Anarch genre that we have create in OWbN going. I am looking to expand on what we have and what might be coming out soon enough through the various V20 books that keep getting released, while at the same time giving plots and ideas for the PC’s willing to get into what the genre really is about. I know I can do the job and have the right mind and attitude that is needed.

My personal guidelines on how I plan to act include:

Use a clear head to make all my decisions.
Be easy to get along with and tell people ‘NO' when it is needed. (Remember I am a Father.)
Respect people's’ boundaries and be willing to run within comfort levels.
Remember that everyone deserves a shot. Whether it be a throw down at exploding chess with Smiling Jack or the negotiation with Neo Carth Elders taking over your territory. Don’t just narrate the scene for anyone based on untouchable sheet size. I am willing to give chances as long as you're willing to take the consequences of your actions.

Afirmação pessoal

Eu quero manter o gênero Anarch que nós criamos na OWbN caminhando. Eu estou

vislumbrando a possibilidade de expandir o que já temos, e o que poderia estar sendo

atualizado o mais breve possível usando os livros V20 que continuam sendo lançados.

Ao mesmo tempo, criando plots com idéias para ter os PCs envolvidos e ajudando a

fazer como o gênero realmente é. Eu sei que posso fazer o trabalho que é necessário.

Estou focado e tenho a atitude necessária para fazer acontecer.

Minhas diretrizes pessoais sobre como planejo atuar incluem:

 Tenho clareza para tomar todas as minhas decisões.

 Sou alguém de relacionamento fácil, e não tenho problemas em dizer 'NÃO'

quando é necessário. (Lembre-se de que eu sou um Pai.)

 Eu respeito os limites das pessoas e estou disposto a manter sempre uma

relação que seja de confortável.

 Eu acredito que todos precisam de um objetivo condutor, seja um jogo de

xadrez explosivo com Smile Jack , seja negociar territórios com um Elder Neo

Carth. Não basta narrar á cena para qualquer pessoa baseado apenas no

tamanho da ficha. Estou disposto a dar chances, desde que você esteja

disposto a aceita as consequências de suas ações.

Goals:

Goals

I have a lot of goals to do but listed below are the primary ones:

Give fast turnaround time to inquiries to the office. I know that fast answers help move story along and I wish to give players, STs and other coordinators such.
Create plot for all Anarchs that want to join for the enjoyment of a new expansive story.
We have new Neo Carth material in the wings and I wanted to touch on that this year with the help of my sub-coords
Working with Anarch and Camarilla games to promote their Anarch PC/NPC’s.
Work with my team to make sure that anything new coming up gets addressed fully and within a timely manner. Whether that be an updated Packet with approved new materials, or an addition to the Bylaws.
Work with the other Coords to generate new plots and ideas.
Look into the Creation of an Anarch ONLY secured list.
Promote Anarch unity in the face of the other sects.

Objetivos

Eu tenho muitos objetivos, listo abaixo os principais:

 Reduzir o tempo de resposta da Coord. Eu pessoalmente sei que respostas

rápidas ajudam a mover a história e desejo ser capaz de dar aos jogadores,

STs e outros coordenadores, a atenção devida.

 Criar um enredo para todos os anarquistas que quereriam se juntar e desfrutar

de nova história e seu desenvolvimento.

 Nós temos o material novo de Neo Carth, para decolar e vou trabalhar este ano

nele com a ajuda de meus sub-coords

 Trabalhando com os vários jogos de Anarch e Camarilla para promover seus

Anarch PC / NPC's.

 Trabalhar com a minha equipe para se certificar de que qualquer coisa nova

chegando seja abordada plenamente e de forma agil. Seja um Packet

atualizado com novos materiais aprovados ou uma adição ao Estatuto Social.

 Trabalhar com os outros Coords para gerar novos plots e idéias.

 Voltar a atenção para a criação de uma lista, apenas para anarquista,que seja

segura.

 Promover a unidade Anarquista em face das outras seitas.
