Introduction and Background:

Hello all of you awesome OWbNers!

Winter has come and Spring is right around the corner (I hope...maybe....I am looking at you New England), so that means once again it is time for Coordinator Elections.

So, for those of you that I have not yet met, my name is Derek Howard and I am running to continue to be your Tzimisce Clan Coordinator.

I have been a part of OWbN since the late 1990s and have seen this organization grow and grow in my time. We have had some amazing up and some introspective downs in our day, and I have enjoyed the ride. For those of you that do not know me personally, I am an Early Childhood teacher in the really real world and do my best to be an all around nice guy and team player.

O inverno chegou e Primavera está ao virar da esquina (espero ... talvez .... Eu estou olhando para você New England) , o que significa que mais uma vez é hora de Eleições coordenador.

Então , para aqueles de vocês que eu ainda não conheci , meu nome é Derek Howard e eu estou correndo para continuar a ser o seu Coordenador Tzimisce Clan.

Tenho sido uma parte da OWBN desde o final da década de 1990 e ter visto esta organização crescer e crescer no meu tempo . Tivemos alguns incrível para cima e alguns baixos introspectivas em nossos dias, e eu gostei do passeio . Para aqueles de vocês que não me conhecem pessoalmente, eu sou um professor de Educação Infantil no mundo realmente real e fazer o meu melhor para ser um todo nice guy e equipe jogador.

Administrative Experience:

- I am the current Tzimisce Coordinator and have been since 2010. I also have served on Team Ventrue since 2001 and Team Sabbat from 2000-2006ish and 2010-today.

- I have also served as interim Camarilla Coordinator and Subcoord for the Camarilla, Clan Gangrel, and Clan Giovanni Coordinator offices over the years.

- I was one of the founding Storytellers of the Springfield, IL: Capitol City Cauldron chronicle (1999) and am currently an AST for the game.

- I have served as a CM for several different chronicles.

- I have served as a Storyteller and Guest ST in the Edwardsville, Chicago, St. Louis, and Peoria chronicles. I have also served as event ST Staff for many OWbN events including Ecumenical Council, Grand Masquerade, Midwinter, and several chronicle level mini-events.

- Eu sou o Coordenador atual Tzimisce e tem sido desde 2010. Também já atuou na equipe Ventrue desde 2001 e Team Sabbat de 2000-2006ish e 2010 - hoje.

Personal Statement:

I love Clan Tzimisce and the people, both players and STs, that help make the genre in OWbN just increases my excitement for the genre every year. One of my favorite things to do as a Coordinator is getting to talk to players and hear about the amazing things that they are doing with their PCs. Storytellers are gracious enough to let me peek behind the curtain and see what cool things they are doing in their games. I would not trade those experiences for anything.

So, my primary goal for this last year and the years past was finally brought into the light. The 2015 Clan and Koldunism packet was revealed, discussed, revealed with changes, and finally given over to OWbN for use. It was a long road and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to all of the players, Storytellers, CMs, and fellow Coordinators that have stuck with my as this long overdue resource became a reality. I also took the reigns of rebalancing the clan ratio of Kolduns and "traditional" Tzimisce. This was a choice that I feel will ultimately benefit the genre and the org as a whole. Hopefully, the time will come when that restriction can go away again.

In addition to the packet and koldun restriction, I was involved in plots on a local and global level with chronicles and Coordinators alike. I was able to provide feedback and support on a number of levels, and as stated above, it was my pleasure to do so.

In the end, I know that OWbN puts a lot of faith in their Coordinator team, and I was happy to be of service and truly hope that this organization will continue to let me serve as Tzimisce Coordinator.

Personal Statement (Portuguese):

Eu amo o clã Tzimisce e as pessoas, ambos os jogadores e STs, que ajudam a tornar ogênero no OWbN só aumenta minha excitação para o gênero a cada ano. Uma dasminhas coisas favoritas a fazer como um coordenador está a conversar com os jogadorese ouvir sobre as coisas incríveis que eles estão fazendo com seus PCs. contadores de histórias são gentil o suficiente para me deixar espreitar atrás da cortina e ver que coisaslegais que estão fazendo em seus jogos. Não trocaria estas experiências por nada.

Então, meu objetivo principal para este ano e o ano passado foi finalmente trazido para aluz. O pacote de clã e Koldunism de 2015 foi revelado, discutido, revelado commudanças e finalmente entregue aos OWbN para uso. Foi um longo caminho e não posso expressar suficientemente quão grata eu estou para todos os jogadores,contadores de histórias, CMs e colegas coordenadores que ter ficado com meu comoeste recurso muito atrasado se tornou realidade. Também tirei os reinados dereequilibrar a relação do clã dos Kolduns e Tzimisce "tradicional". Foi uma escolha quesinto vontade de beneficiar em última análise, o gênero e o org como um todo.Esperançosamente, chegará o tempo em que a restrição pode ir embora outra vez.

Além da restrição de pacote e koldun, eu estava envolvido em tramas a nível local eglobal com crônicas e coordenadores parecidos. Eu era capaz de fornecer feedback eapoio em vários níveis, e como dito acima, foi um prazer fazê-lo.

No final, eu sei que OWbN coloca muita fé na sua equipe coordenadora, e fiquei feliz emser útil e realmente espero que esta organização continue a deixa-me servir comocoordenador Tzimisce.

Goals:

With the new packet complete and in the hands of games to use as a resource, my goals are 100% focused on creating a more dynamic role play experience for the players Clan Tzimisce and those PCs that choose to associate with them.

Some ideas in the pipeline are:

- the expansion and development of PC driven membership in some of the clan subgroups, such as the Romanian Legacy Foundation, the Neo-Feudalists, and the mysterious Order of the Dragon. My hope is to create an even richer dynamic within the Clan for PCs to jump into that goes beyond the Koldun/ non-Koldun divide.

- the Tzimisce's involvement in the Sabbat Civil War and how that may draw new boundaries in the earth for a clan that prides itself on boundaries, territory, and hospitality therein.

- the Old Clan Tzimisce and the Shadow Crusade. I do not wish to spoil things at this point. =)

- the sacred war form. Should non-Tzimisce possess this most treasured of abilities? I want to throw out the idea and see how the PCs wish to take it. (For those of you reading this and wondering, NO I do not intend to make any OOC restrictions on Horrid Form out of clan)

- the continued discussion with the CBC for a cross genre team up.

These are but a few of the ideas that I have going, and obviously, if re-elected I will make my intentions more clear to STs (and Council if need be). It has never been and will never be my intention to make a chronicle run a plot. I am a facilitator of stories, not a global storyteller. That being said, I love being a storyteller and I am always more that willing to help games craft a good story for their players.

Com o novo pacote completo e nas mãos dos jogos para usar como um recurso, meusobjetivos são 100% focado na criação de um papel mais dinâmico jogo experiência paraos jogadores do clã Tzimisce e aqueles PCs que escolhem associar-se com eles.

Algumas idéias no pipeline são:

-a expansão e o desenvolvimento do PC conduzido associação em alguns dos subgruposde clã, como o romeno Legacy Foundation, os Neo-Feudalists e a misteriosa ordem dodragão. Minha esperança é criar uma dinâmica ainda mais rica dentro do clã para PCssaltar para que ultrapassa o Koldun / non-Koldun dividir.

-envolvimento dos Tzimisce na Guerra Civil de Sabbat e como isso pode desenhar novasfronteiras na terra de um clã que orgulha-se de limites, território e hospitalidade nele.

-o velho clã Tzimisce e a cruzada de sombra. Não quero estragar as coisas nestemomento. =)

-a forma de guerra sagrada. Tzimisce não deve possuir esta mais valorizado dehabilidades? Eu quero jogar fora a idéia e ver como os PCs gostaria de levá-lo. (Paraaqueles de vocês lendo isso e pensando, não eu não pretendo fazer quaisquer restriçõesOOC na forma horrível fora do clã)

-juntar-se a discussão continuou com a CBC para um gênero transversal.

Estas são apenas algumas das idéias que eu tenho que ir e, obviamente, se reeleito, fareiminhas intenções mais claras ao STs (Conselho e se precisa ser). Ele nunca foi e nuncaserá minha intenção fazer uma crônica correr um enredo. Eu sou um facilitador dehistórias, não um narrador global. Dito isto, eu amo ser uma contadora de histórias esempre estou mais que disposto a ajudar jogos artesanato uma boa história para os seusjogadores.
