Introduction and Background:
Hi everyone! I have been playing in OWBn since 1995, I have held several positions ranging from player rep in Kenosha, to being an AST for CDR, Kenosha Memento Mori, Kenosha Bad Moon Rising just to name a few. I have enjoyed the game for several years and love all of the great scenes that have been a part of the rich history of OWBN. Gaming has always been a love for me and it is something I have a great deal of passion for. I want to thank you for taking the time to read my application. I have been apart of this organization for many years and always want to strive to make it an awesome environment for players. I understand the responsibility that comes with being a Coordinator in One World by Night. A lot of times, Coordinators are new and don't expect the workload or expect the results that happen when they get into office. I know I messed up quite a bit during that time. However, I know how to run things smoothly now.

Tenho estado a jogar em OWBN desde 1995 , tenho vários cargos que variam de jogador rep em Kenosha, de ser um AST para CDR , Kenosha Memento Mori, Kenosha Bad Moon Rising só para citar alguns. Eu entendo a responsabilidade que vem com ser um coordenador no One World by Night . Um monte de vezes , coordenadores são novos e não esperar a carga de trabalho ou esperar os resultados que acontecem quando eles entram em escritório. Eu sei que eu errei um pouco durante esse tempo. No entanto , eu sei como fazer as coisas corram bem agora.
Eu coloquei muita fé no meu time quando eu era Coordenador Giovanni e eu não mais de ver os resultados. Isto levou ao fracasso para a equipe e me levou a tornar-se rapidamente frustrado e mais trabalhado .

Personal Statement:
I have seen the Lasombra clan take a step back from the political power house that the clan was previously. I plan on working with both the Camarilla Coordinator and Sabbat Coordinator and various clan Coordinators to help put the Lasombra back into political power. I have always loved the idea of the Lasombra as the masters of the politics game. To often they are seen as Obtenbration dispensers, and not frightening vampires who with a few words could make their oppositions lives extremely difficult politically.

Eu vi o clã Lasombra dar um passo atrás da casa poder político que o clã estava anteriormente . Estou pensando em trabalhar tanto com o Coordenador Camarilla e Coordenador Sabbat e vários coordenadores do clã para ajudar a colocar o Lasombra de volta ao poder político. Eu sempre amei a idéia do Lasombra como os mestres do jogo da política. Para muitas vezes eles são vistos como dispensers Obtenbration , e não vampiros assustadores que com algumas palavras poderiam fazer suas oposições vive extremamente difícil politicamente .
Goals:
- With this in mind, I plan on making sure things are run smoothly and efficiently by only selecting a small team and making sure each email is responded to within 24 hours and solved as quickly as possible. I plan on working with the Camarilla Coordinator and see what we can do to have the Lasombra Anti's step up as a clan in that sect. I want to put more work into the political game for the people who have been striving for it.
- I want to start bring Lasombra back to the fore front of Leadership in both sects. Lasombra is a clan that is woven with secrets and mystery. I feel that the clan has lost that over the years and I want to be able to rebuild that with the player base.
- Work on fixing the "superheroes" type of vampire that is currently being played. I have watched as Giovanni Coordinator and I have watched as a storyteller and player. I think that the game should have less of superheroes and more enriched political drive. I want to be able to give Lasombra players a chance to work through plots but not be cast into the shadows (metaphorically) by bigger players.
- Work on a new packet for Abyssal Mysticism. I want to be able to work with my team, storytellers, and players to make sure that the packet is fair and also fun for Lasombra. I want this packet to be well written and have the information that players need.
- Run plots that allow Lasombra to do what they do best: Govern from the shadows. The Lasombra have fallen from their specialty and I will do everything I can to make sure that I bring them back to a more enriched enviroment.
- Establish and build the Friends of Night more. A lot of times, this group is pushed to the side and forgotten about. I want to be able to put more of a focus on them and bring them back into the story.

Com isto em mente, pretendo que as coisas sejam mais fáceis e eficientes por selecionar apenas uma pequena equipe e ter certeza que cada e-mail é respondido dentro de 24 horas e resolvido o mais rápido possível. Estou pensando em trabalhar com o Coordenador Camarilla e ver o que podemos fazer para ter etapa do Lasombra Anti-se como um clã em que seita. Eu quero colocar mais trabalho para o jogo político para as pessoas que foram se esforçando para isso.
Eu quero começar a trazer de volta para o Lasombra frente frente de Liderança em ambas as seitas. Lasombra é um clã que é tecida com segredos e mistério. Eu sinto que o clã perdeu ao longo dos anos e eu quero ser capaz de reconstruir que, com a base de jogadores.
Os trabalhos sobre a fixação do "super-heróis" tipo de vampiro que está sendo jogado. Tenho observado como Coordenador Giovanni e tenho observado como um contador de histórias e jogador. Eu acho que o jogo deve ter menos de super-heróis e unidade política mais enriquecido. Eu quero ser capaz de dar aos jogadores Lasombra a chance de trabalhar através de parcelas, mas não ser lançado para as sombras (metaforicamente) por jogadores maiores.
Trabalhar em um novo pacote para Abissal Misticismo. Eu quero ser capaz de trabalhar com minha equipe, contadores de histórias, e os jogadores para se certificar de que o pacote seja justo e também diversão para Lasombra. Quero que este pacote a ser bem escrito e tem a informação que os jogadores precisam.
Parcelas Run que permitem Lasombra para fazer o que eles fazem de melhor: Governo das sombras. O Lasombra ter caído de sua especialidade e vou fazer tudo que posso para me certificar de que trazê-los de volta para um ambiente mais enriquecido.
