2014 - AHC 1 - Michael Klems
Introduction and Background:
Hello,
My name is Michael Klems. I have been playing White Wolf games since 1996. I have played Vampire, Mage, and Werewolf in both Tabletop and Live Action. I have played many other games that we all love like D&D, Star Wars, and Shadow Run. I also play the White Dwarf mintures games of Warhammer Fantasy, and Warhammer 40K.
For those of you who do not know me, I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and work for the City of Cincinnati Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT and I'm a member of the Bomb Squad.

Meu nome é Michael Klems. Tenho estado a jogar jogos da White Wolf desde 1996. Eu já joguei Vampiro, Mago e Lobisomem, tanto de mesa e Live Action. Personal Statement:
I have decided to step up and run for AHC. Things seem to be headed for a change within our organization and I want to help make those changes in a positive way, to help this organization live and grow into the future. The best way to help change things for the better in from the inside, not sitting on the sidelines.
Things that I have to offer:
As a Firefighter I have long periods of free time at work, and I am always looking for things to fill those hours. To explins this I must explain my schedule, I work a 24 hour day, followed by 48 hours off. This leads to large amounts of time, with little to do.
I think of myself as a fair and honest person. I am willing to listen to both sides in a disagreement, do my own research to get to the bottom of a matter and not just go on what one party says. After all I am the father of two girls who constanly fight over the smallest of things, so I'm used to settleing disagreements.
Personal Statement (Portuguese):
Decidi acelerar e correr para AHC. As coisas parecem estar indo para uma mudança dentro da nossa organização e eu quero ajudar a fazer essas mudanças de forma positiva, para ajudar esta organização viver e crescer no futuro. A melhor maneira de ajudar a mudar as coisas para melhor a partir de dentro, não sentado nas arquibancadas.
Coisas que eu tenho para oferecer:
Como um bombeiro tenho longos períodos de tempo livre no trabalho, e estou sempre à procura de coisas para preencher essas horas. Para explicar isso, devo explicar a minha agenda, eu trabalho um dia de 24 horas, seguido de 48 horas de folga. Isto leva a uma grande quantidade de tempo, com pouco a fazer.
Eu penso em mim como uma pessoa justa e honesta. Estou disposto a ouvir os dois lados em um desacordo, fazer minha própria pesquisa para chegar ao fundo da questão e não apenas ir sobre o que um partido diz. Afinal eu sou o pai de duas meninas que lutam constanly sobre a menor das coisas, então eu estou acostumado a resolver desentendimentos.
Goals:
To do my best to make OWbN the greatest LARP organization out there. I remember the days of 120+ player games, and would love to see that again. But, it can only be done if people want to play in our organization. Many people have quit in the past due to the way they were treated. Let us show them that we are not that oraganization anymore. Let us make this an organization that treats everyone fairly and honestly.

Para fazer o meu melhor para fazer OWBN a maior organização LARP lá fora. Lembro-me dos dias de jogos 120 + jogador, e adoraria ver isso de novo. Mas, isso só pode ser feito se as pessoas querem jogar na nossa organização. Muitas pessoas pararam no passado, devido à forma como eles foram tratados. Vamos mostrar a eles que não somos que oraganization mais. Vamos fazer deste uma organização que trata a todos de forma justa e honesta.
