Change to Mnemosyne Approval Bylaws

I, Kevin O'Connor, as Malkavian Coordinator of the 2017 term, propose the following changes to the character bylaws:

Justification:

 

The Mnemosyne as a Cult exist independently of the Sects and their bloodline originates only from Clan Malkavian. The Camarilla Coordinator has expressed his full support in removing the Sect Coord requirement from the Bloodline approvals and for giving Cult Membership approvals exclusively to Malkavian Coordinator approval. Feedback I have heard from others as well has indicated to me that anything that requires multiple approvals from different Coordinators tends to get bogged down in the bureaucratic process and is rarely of any benefit to anyone involved. 

 

This proposal will allow grandfathering for those already approved for Cult Membership and/or the Bloodline.
