[PROPOSAL] Fixing the Sadhana typo bylaws

I, William Lee, as Ravnos coord propose the removal of the following character bylaw;
Sabbat Sadhana Users (see Setite Sorcery Packet) - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Sabbat.
This was a typo that was transcribed from a previously removed bylaw, which was not removed from the bylaws upon its original passing.
Below is the original bylaw prop fixing this issue;
I William Lee, everyone's favorite Ravnos coordinator, would like to remove the following to the bylaws;
G.ii.4.e.Sabbat Sadhana Users
I would like to modify (to update the already passed bylaws);
G.ii.4.a.1.i Non Daitya with or Rakta-Sadhu Ravnos with Sadhanna (Setite or Ravnos)[This is the current text in the bylaws]
To
G.ii.4.a.1.i Non Daitya, Danava, or Rakta-Sadhu Ravnos with Sadhana (Ravnos)
Reasoning;
There has been large amount of magic changes to this paradigm, but has been some time since I took over control of "Rogue" Sadhana users. Also, old bylaws have typos galore.
This has been discussed and supported by the Setite Coordinator
