[Autopass] Removal of Coordinator Bylaw 3.A.i.4.c

Hi Council,

I am propping for the removal of Coordinator Bylaw 3.A.i.4.c

Why?

Last year we did away with Administrative Bylaw 8.D.iv. Coordinator bylaw 3.A.i.4.c makes reference to a coordinator leaving office to follow the procedure of Administrative Bylaw 8.D.iv (which now is no longer a thing). 

For sake of consistency and avoiding potential confusions, I'd like to put a correction to vote and have 3.A.i.4.c removed from the Coordinator bylaws as it is irrelevant.
