[Proposal] Cleaning Up Smaller Sects Governance

I, Bruce Lindsay, COuncil Member of UTR- Under the Rock; Rockland, NY hereby propose the following Bylaw amendments. These amendments cover uncontrolled Sects that are now regulated for their membership by the Sect Defector rules. This proposal has the support of the Anarch, Camarilla and Sabbat Coordinators.
Add the following to Coordinator Bylaw 3.B.3.a.
ii. Ashirra
(this places regulation of the Ashirra under the Camarilla Coordinator)
Add the following to Coordinator Bylaw 3.B.3.b.
ii. Jati
(this places regulation of the Jati under the Sabbat Coordinator)
Add the following to Coordinator Bylaw 3.B.3.c.
ii. Carthaginians
iii. Prometheans
iv. Laibon
(this places regulation of the Carthaginians, Prometheans, and Laibon under the Anarch Coordinator)
Add the following to R&U Bylaw 2.A.
ix. Anarch: Prometheans, Neo-Carthaginians, Carthaginians, Laibon
Additionally, the following updates will occur:
