5. No failed vote/prop/Disciplinary action  can be changed/reworded and submitted to council without the approval of the executive team and the head coordinator, no  earlier than 6 months from the close of the original vote.

 

Reason:

 

  Over the last year, we have seen several votes/props that have failed and then withing a short time these failed votes/props have been reworded and submitted to council again.

 

  The reason I added the part without the approval of the executive team and the head coordinator is, sometimes there is information that comes to light after everything is said and done with that could change the outcome of the vote.
