The Demon Coordinator proposes the following Investments in the new "Guide to the Infernal" remain at R3 for PCs, but be marked down to Rarity 2 for NPCs.

- Demon Servants
- Incorporeal Form
- Infernal Magic
- Infernal Passage
- Inviolate Soul
- Luciferian Charm
- Regeneration (9pt)
- Rejuvenation
- Shrouded Soul
- Soul Burn
- Step Between
- The Ebon Fountain
Now that the Infernal document has passed Council, this is the first of several small edits I plan to make. As a Coordinator, I believe that I have to operate assuming a base-level of trust with the STs and in my opinion, notification of these Investments is more than enough for Storyteller-level NPCs
