[R&U BYLAW REVISION] [AUTOPASS] Addition of Combination Disciplines and Discipline Techniques Requiring Valeren or Obeah to Coord Notify

Per the Coordinator Bylaws 3Ciii. "Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion."

 

This proposal has the potential to Autopass.

 

The Salubri Coordinator proposes the following change to the R&U Bylaws:

 

H. UNCOMMON: Includes characters that should be monitored for genre adherence. PC: Notification to Coordinator; NPC: Notification to Coordinator

ii. Uncommon Vampire Listings

3. Combination Disciplines and Discipline Techniques

a. Malkavian Combination Disciplines

1. Characters learning a combination discipline including Dementation as one of the powers who is not a Malkavian.

2. Custom Combination Disciplines with Dementation

This is primarily for knowing what is out there as far as custom combos, and to a lesser extent, tracking how often the combos proprietary to the Salubri and Salubri Antitribu are being taught and how widespread they are.
