[AUTOPASS] Change to R&U Bylaws RE: Sabbat Factions

This proposal received no objections during its 7-day discussion period (8/6 - 8/13) and therefore autopassed

Per Coordinator Bylaw 3Ciii:

"Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.”

I propose the following added to the OWbN R&U bylaws
Added to Coordinator Approval, under the Auspice of the Sabbat Coordinator:
1.      Regionally Important Sabbat Faction PCs

2.      Nationally Important Sabbat Faction PCs

Added to Coordinator Notify, Under the Auspice of the Sabbat Coordinator:
1.      Locally Important Sabbat Faction PCs

And Removed from viii. Sabbat Factions:
2.      Locally important Member of a Sabbat Faction: A Member of a Sabbat Faction who has joined the “rank” of Locally Important are required to be notified to the Sabbat Coordinator. See Sabbat Faction Packet.

Reasoning:  Just doing some bylaw clean up.  This stuff is already being handled this way from the Sabbat Faction Packet.  This is sadly nothing new or exciting…just cleaning up the bylaws.
