[AUTOPASS][R&U Bylaw Revision]New Giovanni Sect Proposal.

This ballot has completed its one week discussion period. As there were no objections, it auto-passes.

Per Coordinator Bylaw 3Ciii:  "Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion."

I, Hugo Klessig as Giovanni Coordinator, propose the following clarification for clan Giovanni.

Adding the following to  R & U Bylaw 4. Groupings and Definitions of Types of Rare & Unusual. Section  A. i. to add the following:

For the sake of classifications, Clan Giovanni is considered it’s own “Sect” and outside the other sects example: Camarilla, Sabbat, Anarch etc.

As such, any member of Clan Giovanni that seeks to join/infiltrate  another Sect (Anarch, Camarilla, Sabbat) must gain the Giovanni Coordinator Approval to do so and be properly notified to the Archivist."

This proposal has no grandfathering,
