[PROPOSAL][AUTOPASS] Rolling Ventrue Clan Positions & Titles into the R&U Bylaws

OWbN's Coordinator Bylaws, section 3.C.iii. states: "Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion."
As a genre proposal, this will auto-pass in 7 days if not objected to.
Background Information:
Since before the rewrites of the Ventrue Genre documents (and even before my terms as Ventrue Coordinator), the positions or titles/ranks within the Directorate (Clan Ventrue's internal hierarchy) were considered something that could only be gained with Coordinator Approval. When the Bylaws changed to require all non-magic requirements on characters to be included in the Bylaws, the positions within Clan Ventrue were never added to the Bylaws properly. This prop aims to fix that and closely mirrors what the Ventrue have been doing for years.
Proposal:
The Ventrue Coordinator is proposing to add Clanwide positions/titles in the Ventrue Directorate into the OWbN R&U Bylaws. Adding these positions to the Bylaws will allow the Ventrue Coordinator and Team-Ventrue to expand on these positions in the Non-Binding Genre Guide and allow for better organization of the Ventrue leadership hierarchy.
In order to do this, the Ventrue Coordinator proposes to add the following item to Section 3.D.1. Coordinator Approval (PC: Appropriate Coordinator Approval and Logged with Archivist, NPC: Appropriate Coordinator Approval and Logged with Archivist.)

Additionally, the following new section will need to be added to expand on this entry in Section 4 (Groupings and Definitions of Types of Rare & Unusual), Subsection F. (Vampire, Clan-Specific, and Ghoul Groupings) a new section:
