[PROPOSAL][TERRITORY] New location from recently passed plot [Autopassed]

I propose that the following territory be added to the Sabbat Coordinator as a result of the passing of the “From Their Cold Dead Hands” Plot

Location: Ciudadelade los Muertos (Spanish Pyrenees)

Geographical Specifics of Responsibility*:  Just the mountain fortress in Spain

General Restriction Level (Default Level unless otherwise noted below):  Coordinator Approval
Approval Parameters for:
            Vampire Backgrounds and Actions:  Coordinator Approval
            Changing Breed / Changeling/ Mage Backgrounds and Actions:  Coordinator Approval
            Other Supernatural Backgrounds and Actions:  Coordinator Approval

Reason: -This is the home base of the new faction Erset La Tari.  As Enoch was destroyed and has largely become a pilgrimage site, the remnant required a new base of operations.  Ciudadelade los Muertos is that place.
