[PROPOSAL] Territory Claim Request for the Ventrue Coordinator [AUTOPASS]

Dear Council Members,
Your comments have been heard, and taken to heart!
After working tirelessly with the Gangrel and Assamite Coordinators, I have been given the blessing by each to go ahead with theterritory prop appearing below. This prop tries to keep everyone's resources as available as possible, while staying in the bounds of the rules of the territory system.
To that end, Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii.5 states:
"Passing new Coordinator Territory before council is considered something that affects multiple chronicles. All Coordinator Territory must be designated either "Approval"Territory or "Notify" Territory in the Proposal. After passing Coordinator Territory of any kind that territory should be added to the Territory List which shall be posted to the OWBN website."
I would propose to add the following areas to the territories claimed and maintained by the Ventrue Coordinator, with various areas being shared with the Camarilla Coordinator, and/or the Assamite Coordinator:
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Reason - According to multiple sources, Copenhagen, Denmark is under the control of Arminta Jorgensdatter, a Ventrue Prince who is listed as being Prince of the domain for a couple hundred years. There was a time that he was not Prince and Rutor (the Tremere) was Prince, but this was likely before Jorgensdatter's reign.

Reason - In every canon source which either Holland or cities in the Netherlands (such as Amsterdam) appear, they are underVentrue Praxis. Specifically, Amsterdam and/or Holland is either under the control of Johannes Castelein or Arjan Voorhies (childe of Castelein). We would like to add these Princes to the OWbN-canon.

Reason - As with the North Holland area, we would like to add these Princes and their areas to the OWbN-canon. In OWbN, Rotterdam has always been under the OWbN-canon Van Hooves, which the Ventrue team has been actively utilizing. The Hague is necessary for the Society of the Hague.
