Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, I propose the Serpent of the Light Wanga and Voodoo Packet, linked here:

Serpent of the Light Voodoo and Wanga Packet

The purpose of this proposal is to combine Wanga and Serpent of the Light Necromancy into one packet, and to bring that packet in line with the new regulation standards of One World by Night.
