Preamble: This proposal is being put forth in adherence to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii. by the Assamite Coordinator with NPC changes, clarification, and suggests making changes to the Sabbat and Assamite Genres. This proposal has the support of the Sabbat Coordinator. All Relevant bylaw text is copied below.
