Update to the Assamite Genre Document: 5.1

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, I propose the attached Updated Assamite Genre Document for use in One World by Night.

Grandfathering will be handled on a case by case basis. All appropriate documentation and notifications as outlined in this packet should be sent to assamitecoordsubcoords@googlegroups.com within thirty (30) days of this document passing.

1. Change the layout to something more cohesive: Moving all the Laws of Haqim info for different factions together.
2. Update the Khabar
3. Update Converts
4. Update Clan Friendship
5. Remove overly WW material
6. Merit and Flaws removed/noted where to find, new OWbN created ones added
7. Un-Aging reworded
8. Laws of Haqim vs. the Traditions, where's the line?
9. Added the Vizier section (removed the Artifacts)
10. Remove unconquered stuff reference other packet
11. Added combos and list where they can be found (reminded that just because they are listed does not mean that PC/NPCs are entitled to get them)
12. Added the Darkening scale
13. Corrected the bad grammar of the learning lore level to make more sense
14. Added the R&U items that are already passed though council and were not noted here.
15. Added/Updated Lores Section included AT lore
16. Dispossessed section updated with help of the Anarch Coord
17. Update table of contents.

With the feedback from some people, I've went ahead and removed the Artifacts from the packet, reworded the combo discipline's section and have now re-posted it. I cannot please everyone, but I hope that everyone understands and respects the fact that I'm trying to do something that in the end will be awesome for the Assamite players continued RP and fulfillment of what I said I would do for my Assamite players.
