Bylaw change to 9.a.11.19 - Adding Serpents of the Light to Sect-Specific Sect Defector Clause

I propose the following change to the Character Regulation Bylaws.
Part 9.a.ii.19 (Rare & Unusual Groupings: Sect Specific) be changed from:
Sect Specific Sect Defectors: Lasombra (defined as those not embraced by a Camarilla-loyal Lasombra of a traditional and documented line of Lasombra), Tzimisce, Harbingers Of Skulls, Kiasyd, Blood Brothers, City Gangrel, Salubri Antitribu and Tremere Sect Defectors.
To:
Sect Specific Sect Defectors: Lasombra (defined as those not embraced by a Camarilla-loyal Lasombra of a traditional and documented line of Lasombra), Tzimisce, Harbingers Of Skulls, Kiasyd, Blood Brothers, City Gangrel, Salubri Antitribu, Serpents of the Light, and Tremere Sect Defectors.

In addition, Chronicles with such characters shall have a month from the date this proposal passes to log existing non-Sabbat Serpent of the Light characters with the Archivist. After that time, no characters will be considered grandfathered as having been created before this bylaw change.

This proposal is supported by both the Setite and Sabbat Coordinators' offices.
