Sabbat Assamite Sorcerers and Viziers

This Genre proposal requires no second, and once it is put into discussion,if there are no objections posted here within one week, it goes into effect
without a vote. If objections are posted, it is voted on as normally. If
posting an objection, please retain the original subject heading, with the
addition of the word "OBJECTION", to assist in identifying posts that change
this proposal's status.

PROPOSAL:

The following be added to bylaws 9.b.iii

"Sabbat Assamite Sorcerers and Viziers"

I propose a change to the bylaws 9.b.iii, adding the Sabbat Assamite
Sorcerers and Viziers, as RARE.

This was the case in previous R&U Bylaws, but was left out in error with the
current re-write. When the Treaty of Tyre was written, a large number of
Warriors left to join the Sabbat, to avoid the Curse from the Tremere. Very
few Sorcerers and Viziers did so, per the Clanbook.
